Job summary

The Brothers that just do Gutters is hiring an apprentice for gutter services. No prior gutter experience is required, but candidates with construction or trades background will be favored. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are a must, as you will interact with clients and team members daily.

The position is hourly, with pay ranging from $18 to $26 per hour. Overtime opportunities and PTO after 12 months are available, along with a defined ladder for training and career growth

Qualifications

• Construction background is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 or older and have a valid driver's license.

Compensation / Benefits

• Hourly Position ($18-$26 an hour) -- pay commensurate with experience; additional raise opportunities available as employees show job proficiency
• Overtime opportunities
• Opportunity to earn Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays after 12 months successful results

Requirements

• Experience in construction is a plus, but not required

• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement!
