Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure seafood cases are stocked with fresh, high-quality seafood products for customers.
• Receive, stock, cut, prepare, wrap, weigh, price and merchandise seafood department products.
• Maintain proper inventory control and product rotation to maximize freshness and minimize waste.
• Attend the service case and assist customers with requests and questions about seafood products.
• Help increase sales by offering samples and recommending additional items.
• Fish cutters work with wrapping machines and knives.
