Autovol Solutioneers in Nampa, Idaho is seeking an Apprentice Electrician to assist licensed electricians in installing and maintaining building electrical systems at our automated volumetric modular facility. You will learn to read blueprints, follow electrical codes, and use hand and power tools on residential/commercial projects.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in a high-velocity manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Measure, cut, and pull wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Trace short circuits in wiring using test meters.
• Strip insulation from wire ends using wire stripping pliers.
• Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings using hand and power tools.
• Assist in the installation of a variety of electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform semi-skilled and unskilled labor duties related to electrical construction and assembly work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership or supervision.

The primary role of this position is to assist electricians by performing duties requiring less skill. This includes using, supplying, or holding materials and tools, as well as cleaning work areas and equipment. The right candidate will be eager to learn, well-organized, detail-oriented, and focused on the success of the team/company as a whole.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Strong ability to read and understand residential construction documents

• Ability to install electrical panels and support troubleshooting activities
• Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems strongly preferred

Physical Requirements And Work Environment

This position requires frequent speaking, listening, sitting, use of hands and fingers, and handling objects with appropriate breaks. This is an active position that requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and regularly lifting 50+ pounds. The work environment includes a fast-paced automated manufacturing facility.
