Autovol invites energetic individuals to join as an Apprentice Electrician in Nampa, Idaho. You will assist licensed electricians, measure, install wiring, and support troubleshooting in a fast-paced automated modular factory.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of working safely in a high-performance environment. This exempt, full-time role offers hands-on training and the chance to grow with a cutting-edge construction technology company.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and understand residential construction documents.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Fast learner with a proactive, team-first mindset.
• Strong communication skills—clear, honest, and professional.
• Comfortable working in a high-performance, accountability-driven environment.
• Ability to install electrical panels and support troubleshooting activities.
• Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Measure, cut, and pull wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Trace short circuits in wiring using test meters.
• Strip insulation from wire ends using wire stripping pliers.
• Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings using hand and power tools.
• Assist in the installation of a variety of electrical systems and equipment.
• Perform semi-skilled and unskilled labor duties related to electrical construction and assembly work.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with safety standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by leadership or supervision.
