Job summary

Dvorak, LLC is seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our field team in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will learn through hands-on work under the supervision of licensed electricians while contributing to installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on various projects.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, safety, and growth within a premier heavy electrical contractor, with competitive hourly pay based on apprenticeship hours.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (preferred).
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the trade.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (75 lbs occasionally).

Responsibilities

Work under supervision of licensed electricians to complete tasks.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Measure, cut, bend, and install wire and conduit; connect components.
Inspect electrical units for issues and perform repairs.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with materials.
Update work logs and support project duties as directed.
Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to meet deadlines.
Adhere to safety policies and participate in toolbox talks.
