What we can offer:
Benefits:
Safety & YMIC Discussions:
Once per month Safety and Operation leaders sit down with each of our crews, without their foremen or other site leaders present, and strictly listen as the team members express what they love about the job sites and any concerns they may have. We discuss the family culture at Interstates, the importance of caring for one another (You Matter, I Care), and how that dynamic is what allows everyone to go home injury free.
Safety and mental health go hand-in-hand and having these discussions have made the largest impact on our safety culture.
