Job Description:

• Assist electricians in installing and repairing electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
• Measure, cut, and bend wires and conduit using hand tools and rulers.
• Drill holes and pull or push wiring through openings.
• Help lift, position, and fasten objects like wiring, conduit, and motors.
• Perform minor repairs such as replacing fuses, switches, and bulbs.
• Maintain tools and supplies, and disassemble defective electrical equipment.
• Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in erecting scaffolding and securing materials during installation.
• Perform other routine duties as directed by experienced personnel.

Job Performance Requirements:

• Own transportation to and from job sites.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• No illegal drug use; willing to undergo drug testing.
• Compliance with safety standards.
• Own hand tools.
• Physical ability to work with hands, climb ladders, work in small spaces, and lift objects.
• Valid Texas Electrical Apprentice License required; Texas driver’s license preferred.
