DaVeer is seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team in the Greater St. Louis area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the electrical trade by gaining hands-on experience in commercial and industrial environments while working toward becoming a journeyman or master electrician.

We offer a unique employment opportunity as a combined Electrical & Mechanical Contractor, providing broader exposure to other trades and the chance to develop valuable, well-rounded trade knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist master and journeyman electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Pull wire and cable, install conduit, and terminate panels, transformers, receptacles, switches, lighting systems, and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Learn and follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local codes.
• Attend and participate in required apprenticeship training and on-the-job instruction.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and layout drawings.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in a registered electrical apprenticeship program.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, industrial environments, and construction safety is a plus.
