Job summary

Trillium Staffing seeks dependable Commercial Electrical Apprentices and Trainees for a large-scale new construction cold storage facility project in Porterville, CA. This long-term role focuses on conduit installation, wire pulls, rough-in work, and lighting installation.

Apprentice pay ranges from $30–$35 per hour; Trainee pay up to $24 depending on experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Strong conduit bending skills.
• Experience on large commercial or industrial new construction projects.
• Experience installing lighting systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Experience running conduit and pulling wire.
• Familiarity with commercial rough-in work.
• Ability to use basic electrical hand tools.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, thread, and bend conduit.

We are seeking dependable and experienced Commercial Electrical Apprentices & Electrical Trainees to join our team on a large-scale new construction cold storage facility project in the Porterville, CA area!

This is a long-term opportunity for electricians with strong commercial construction experience who are comfortable performing conduit installation, wire pulls, rough-in work, and lighting installation.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm
Apprentice Pay: $30-$35 an hour

This project requires productive commercial electrical apprentices who can contribute immediately to conduit installation, wire pulls, rough-in activities, and lighting installation. We are primarily seeking apprentice-level electricians rather than journeymen for the majority of the project labor scope.
