Apprentice Electrician (Construction)
Technicians inspect, maintain, and repair boats, utilizing diagnostic equipment to test, repair, and install vessels' mechanical, electrical, and water systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Follow SHM safety and environmental policies, complete required training, wear proper PPE, and report accidents or spills immediately.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2-5 years' experience preferred. Ability to ascend/descend ladders, work in confined spaces, lift 50 pounds, and possess basic boat handling skills.
Enthusiasm for growth, respectful treatment of others, humility, positive attitude, proactive communication, adherence to policies, resilience, customer service orientation, extra effort, and adaptability to changing priorities.
