Job summary

Shanahan Mechanical & Electrical in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a full-time Apprentice Electrician to join our team. You will assist licensed electricians, perform material handling, and work from ladders while following safety policies.

This role includes local travel and the opportunity to learn the electrical construction trade from an industry leader. Eligible candidates have at least 2 years of related experience and Nebraska apprentice license or ability to obtain on hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• State of Nebraska electrical apprentice license or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to read tape measure and construction documents.
• Pre-employment background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Learn electrical construction trade from an industry leader.
• Assist electricians by performing tasks and material handling.
• Work from all types of ladders.

Shanahan Mechanical & Electrical is looking for a full-time Apprentice Electrician in Lincoln, Nebraska. $2000 hiring bonus if you have at least 2 years recent apprentice electrician experience.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or work authorization support. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
