Job summary

GMEA Electrical Services in Katy, TX is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to join our team on commercial and industrial construction projects. The ideal candidate has prior electrical experience and a commitment to safety.

You will work with Journeymen and Foremen, assisting with installation, wiring, and conduit, and help read blueprints while developing trade skills on the jobsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience bending and installing conduit.
• Experience pulling wire and assisting with electrical equipment installations.
• Ability to read and interpret basic electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with NEC standards and construction site safety practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move construction materials and equipment.

Responsibilities
