The role requires a high school diploma or GED, trade/tech training or prior mechanic experience, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, plus trade/tech training or mechanic experience.
• Willingness to expand knowledge via education and training programs.
• Ability to work unsupervised and unsupervised; flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
• Perform diagnostic testing and develop repair plans after inspection.
• Repair malfunctioning parts with safe, efficient practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to standards.
• Recommend TA services during inspection reviews with customers.
• Ensure safety of customers and employees at all times.
