P&D Appliance in the Bay Area is hiring an Apprentice Technician for Commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment service in South San Francisco, CA. You will diagnose, repair, and preventively maintain ovens, fryers, walk-ins, ice machines, and related equipment at customer sites.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($20-25/hour), a company vehicle, and full benefits. A valid driver's license and EPA Universal license are required; weekend on-call may be part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment service.
• EPA Universal license required.
• Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication.
• Must be punctual, organized and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking, refrigeration, HVAC and warewashing equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional interactions.
• Complete service calls promptly and document the work.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
• Attend training sessions and maintain the service vehicle.
