Up Closets is seeking a skilled closet installer in New York to join our team. You will install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses, reading design specs and ensuring precise fit and finish.

Drive to sites, load materials, and collaborate with teammates to complete projects on schedule while delivering outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry or related field preferred.
• Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closet systems in homes or businesses per design.
• Drive van to/from sites and assist with loading materials.

Requirements

• Reliability, punctuality, and an eagerness to learn the Custom Closet installation trade.


• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
