Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical training in carpentry preferred.
• Experience in custom carpentry and cabinetry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses per design specs.
• Drive van to/from installation sites and assist with loading materials.
• Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication during installation process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service.

Requirements:

• Reliability, punctuality, and an eagerness to learn the Custom Closet installation trade.
• Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
