M&R Renovations is seeking an Apprentice Carpenter to join our residential remodeling crew in Minnesota. You will learn the craft of carpentry while supporting experienced team members on projects that enhance homes and living spaces.

The role requires a positive, self-motivated attitude, good physical stamina, and a willingness to work with a team to meet project goals. Training and advancement opportunities are available as you develop skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in execution.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination for precise carpentry tasks.
• Adherence to safety rules and regulations on site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment and proper material handling.
• Assist fellow on-site tradespeople such as tile setters and painters.
• Operate power tools and work safely.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures like scaffolding and ladders.
• Perform other manual tasks as required by foreman or supervisor.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment needing repair.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will learn the craft of being a residential remodeling carpenter. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment by picking up debris, excess building materials, or other potentially hazardous products when necessary
• Provide assistance to fellow onsite employees such as tile setters, painters, and carpenters.
• Operate power tools and work safely.
• Construct, transfer, and tear down temporary structures such as scaffolding, ladders, ect.
• Other manual labor tasks as required by the foreman or supervisor
• Report any unsafe conditions or equipment in need of repair
