THE JOB:

As an Apprentice Bartender, you'll play a key supporting role behind the bar helping the bartender and keeping the space polished and inviting.
With your warm smile and attentive service, you'll be the first spark in an unforgettable guest experience. By taking the time to understand each guest's unique story, you'll help craft moments of surprise, delight, and connection-memories that will stay with them long after they've left our doors.

THE SCHEDULE:

This is an on-call position. Days and Hours are not guaranteed, however, you can expect 15-35 hours weekly based on business needs.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Assist the bartender with the preparation of drinks, mixes, and garnishes.
• Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the bar area.
• Set up, label, stock, and deliver alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glassware, paper products, garnishes, and ice.
• Deliver the highest level of service to all guests, remain alert to guest needs, and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Report any unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or potential theft to the supervisor and/or Security.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• A minimum age of 18 years old
• Experience as an apprentice bartender or bartender for 1 year preferred, but not required

Pay Range:

The starting rate for this role is:

$15.00

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
