Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Apprentice Bartender at The Bellagio in Las Vegas. You will support bartenders, help with drink prep and garnishes, and ensure a clean, well-stocked bar area to create a welcoming guest experience.

Ideal candidates have some bartender or guest services experience and are ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a premier resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as an apprentice bartender or similar guest services role is preferred.
• Ability to provide friendly guest service and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist the bartender with drinks preparation, mixing and garnishes.
• Maintain the bar's cleanliness, sanitation and inviting appearance.
• Keep stock of items, label and stock designated work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and ensure equipment is functional.
• Respond to guest inquiries and escalate issues to management when needed.
