Job summary

BMW CPO of Nashville, a Sonic Automotive family dealership, is seeking an Apprentice Technician to learn and perform vehicle repair under a mentor at the Nashville location. The program includes a guaranteed minimum monthly income during the apprenticeship and tuition reimbursement assistance.

The role requires current enrollment or graduation from an automotive technician training school and compliance with safety, background, MVR, and drug testing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student or graduate of automotive technician training school.
• Requires willingness to learn vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Work with a mentor to perform repair work as assigned.
• Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes to stay updated on procedures.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
• Ensure safe operation and adherence to dealership policies.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug test.
