Job summary

Holman San Diego is hiring an Apprentice Technician to join our service team. This entry-level trainee will learn and perform guided routine vehicle service and repairs alongside Master technicians, under supervision, to develop mechanical skills.

New eligible Apprentice Techs will receive a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on skill level, plus a benefits package including health, vision, dental, 401(k), PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Technical school training highly desired.
• Current valid driver's license required with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the workshop by completing tasks defined by trainer or Shop Foreman.
• Shadow and help Technician Mentor.
• Work in supervised capacity until such time that management feels the necessary skills and training have been acquired.
• Assist with routine service and diagnose/repair customer vehicles under supervision.
