Century BMW, a Sonic Automotive family dealership in Greenville, SC, is seeking an Apprentice Service Technician. The apprentice will work under a Master Technician mentor to learn repair and maintenance tasks, build skills, and advance through structured training paths.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and have completed an automotive technical training program. A valid driver's license, clean MVR, and the ability to pass background and drug tests are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Graduation from a valid automotive technical training program.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• All applicants must pass a background check, MVR, and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work as assigned by the team leader.
• Diagnose cause of malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Call upon your Mentor, Team Leader or Shop Foreman when you have a question or need help.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional service work is recommended.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
• Quality job performance is a must.
