Role Description

This is a full-time earn/learn, on-site Apprentice role based in Penn Yan, NY. The Apprentice will be enrolled in a formal apprentice program sanctioned by the American Culinary Federation and may qualify for Federal and State Department of Labor accredidatoin. The Apprentice will move through various support operations, which may include assisting with front-of-house guest services, back-of-house , and basic property management tasks. The role will also include learning to use management systems, maintaining cleanliness and organization in work areas, and following company policies and safety procedures. Under the guidance of experienced team members and supervisors, the Apprentice will receive hands-on training to build skills and gain exposure to multiple areas of hospitality operations.
