CHIM CHIMNEY in Nashville, TN is seeking a Chimney Apprentice to train alongside experienced technicians while earning competitive pay. This is an on-site role with hands-on learning and mentorship to build a rewarding career in the skilled trades.

No chimney experience is required—we teach you the trade with practical training, safety guidance, and support to succeed. You will grow into a skilled trades professional with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, roofing, masonry, HVAC, carpentry, or another skilled trade.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a background and illegal drug screening.

Responsabilités

• Assist with chimney installations, repairs, relining, and maintenance.
• Load, unload, and prepare tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learn proper installation techniques and industry best practices.
• Work safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated work areas.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Provide outstanding customer service while representing the company.
• Complete job documentation and communicate progress with your team.
• Follow all company safety policies, including proper PPE and fall protection.

What You'll Do:

As a Chimney Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced technicians to install, repair, and maintain chimney systems while learning the trade from the ground up.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with chimney installations, repairs, relining, and maintenance
• Loading, unloading, and preparing tools, equipment, and materials.
• Learning proper installation techniques and industry best practices
• Working safely on ladders, rooftops, and elevated work areas
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional.
• Providing outstanding customer service while representing the company
• Completing job documentation and communicating progress with your team
• Following all company safety policies, including proper PPE and fall protection.
