This position is responsible for a variety of technical duties associated with the collection and analysis of descriptive data relating to small to medium size commercial, residential, and agricultural properties and bare land; conducting property valuations for assessment purposes, including the classification, inspection and valuation of agricultural land and improvements; and performing a variety of complex appraisal duties, including collection and analysis of field and market data to determine property values.
