Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) seeks a Real Estate Appraiser to prepare and review appraisals for BARs, in compliance with USPAP and state policies. You will analyze plans, perform market research, and document findings for eminent domain matters, with an emphasis on accuracy and ethics.
Applicants should hold appropriate appraisal licenses/certifications and be proficient with Word, Excel, and Adobe. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
