Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete residential and commercial evaluations.
• Review evaluations and appraisals and maintain database.
• Ensure compliance with Appraisal Policy and Regulatory Guidance.
• Monitor appraiser performance.
• Work with Appraisal Department Manager to resolve appraisal or evaluation deficiencies and determine environmental risk.

We are currently accepting applications for a: Appraisal Specialist, in Scarborough

This position is eligible for a base hourly rate of $19.28 to $28.92 per hour. Placement within the range is determined by factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

Responsibilities include:

• Completing residential and commercial evaluations
• Reviewing evaluations and appraisals and maintain database
