Legacy Bank and Trust in Springfield, MO is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Appraisal Review Specialist to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy of the valuation program. You will review commercial and consumer appraisals for USPAP, FIRREA, and internal policy, while juggling a high volume of orders and collaborating with loan officers and credit teams to resolve deficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in banking, accounting, or a related field.
• Two to three years of appraisal, lending, credit, or loan documentation experience.
• Knowledge of USPAP and FIRREA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review commercial or consumer appraisals for USPAP and FIRREA compliance and internal policy.
• Validate appraisal methodologies and identify deficiencies.
• Manage YouConnect work queue to assess risk and determine due diligence.
• Assist in in-house evaluations and construction inspections as needed.
• Respond to inquiries about appraisal policy and regulatory compliance.
