Responsibilities

  • Distribuer les documents d'inscription et vérifier l'éligibilité.

  • Créer et expliquer des polices individuelles via notre système d'analyse des besoins.

AIL representatives develop long-term relationships with clients and meet them where they are most comfortable — their home.

Responsibilities:

  • Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility.
  • Schedule meetings with clients.
  • Handle incoming customer service calls.
  • Respond to client requests for coverage and explain policies.
  • Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
  • Work with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies.
