Factory Direct Renovations Group, the number one growing Home Improvement Company, is seeking Appointment Setters in our Broward County, Florida market. Customer service experience is essential, as you will be interacting with clients on the phone to discuss our products and secure sales leads and appointments for our team. We are a rapidly growing home improvement company with many opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners.
  2. Adjust scripts to meet the needs of specific homeowners.
  3. Handle homeowner questions and objections.
  4. Obtain homeowners' information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.
  5. Receive appointments over the phone.
  6. Input appointment details into the computer system.
  7. Record homeowners' information and details of conversations.
  8. Confirm appointments with canvassers or sales representatives.
  9. Schedule appointments for representatives to meet prospective homeowners.
  10. Conduct quality control calls.
  11. Answer calls from potential homeowners responding to advertisements.
  12. Follow up with homeowners after initial contact.
  13. Update lead information and maintain reports.
  14. Set appointments and schedule leads for Outside Sales Reps.
  15. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email.
  16. Research required information using available resources.
  17. Provide product and service information to customers.
  18. Update existing customer information.
  19. Follow up on customer calls as needed.
  20. Document all call information according to procedures.
  21. Complete call logs.
  22. Utilize computer, CRM skills, and provide excellent customer service.

Education and Experience:
  1. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
