Job description

Factory Direct Renovations Group, the number one growing Home Improvement Company, is seeking Appointment Setters in our Broward County, Florida market. Customer service experience is a must, as you will be interacting with clients on the phone discussing our products and securing sales leads and appointments for our team. This fast-growing home improvement company offers many opportunities for growth.


Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver scripted pitch to homeowners.
  2. Adjust scripted pitch to meet the needs of specific homeowners.
  3. Handle homeowners' questions and objections.
  4. Obtain homeowners' information including names, addresses, and phone numbers.
  5. Receive appointments over the telephone.
  6. Input appointment details into the computer system.
  7. Input homeowners’ information and important details of the conversation.
  8. Confirm appointments placed with canvassers or sales representatives.
  9. Issue appointments for representatives to meet prospective homeowners.
  10. Quality control phone calls.
  11. Answer telephone calls from potential homeowners responding to advertisements.
  12. Contact homeowners to follow up on initial interactions.
  13. Update lead information and maintain reports.
  14. Set appointments and schedule leads for our Outside Sales Representatives.
  15. Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
  16. Research required information using available resources.
  17. Provide customers with product and service information.
  18. Update existing customer information.
  19. Follow up on customer calls where necessary.
  20. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  21. Complete call logs.
  22. Computer, CRM skills, and excellent customer service skills are a MUST. Quick learning and follow-up skills are important.
Education and Experience:
  1. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  2. Relevant work experience in telemarketing, sales, marketing, or promotions.
  3. Product knowledge - Training provided.
  4. Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
