Job Title:Appointment Setter / Sales Rep

Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales Repto join our team in Lakeland, FL. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on setting appointments with potential customers in residential neighborhoods. You will be responsible for engaging homeowners, introducing our services, and scheduling follow-up meetings for our sales team. Travel throughout the Orlando area is required for about 50% of each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel door-to-door within assigned neighborhoods across the Lakeland area

  • Start conversations, build interest, and schedule appointments with potential customers

  • Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our services

  • Accurately collect and record contact information and appointment details

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goals

  • Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Orlando
