Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls autodialed by the telephony system to schedule services.
- Receive inbound callbacks to schedule services and/or perform other customer service activities.
- Utilize a call script to communicate the value of free in-home or virtual health risk evaluations, using scripted verbiage to overcome objections and offer rebuttals.
- Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
- Adapt to learn new call types as business needs change and support those areas.
- Maintain a productive workload, making 80+ outbound calls and working towards quotas to schedule appointments.
WORK AT HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- High-Speed Internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds (No satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular/wireless carrier internet services).
- Must have a hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own or are responsible for. (Continuum will ship company equipment for use.)
- Dedicated, quiet, and secure workspace with no distractions.
- A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 18+ years old and high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months call center experience (sales and healthcare industry preferred).
- Self-driven with the ability to focus on tasks/objectives for extended periods.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High computer proficiency and overall technical knowledge.
- Willing to work any shift between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and 9:00 am - 5:30 pm on weekends, Eastern Standard Time, including holidays and weekends.
