Are you outgoing? Do you love helping people? We're looking for talented marketers to join the Retail & Event Marketing Team at Renewal by Andersen, the #1 Window and Door Manufacturer in the country! This part-time, flexible job is at our premier retail partner locations throughout the greater Michigan area. This is an excellent opportunity to earn a competitive income by representing a product you can believe in. The more appointments you set, the more you earn. Our average employee makes $20-$30/hour. Please note, there is no hard selling, just setting appointments.

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn $16 hourly + up to $1,200 weekly in commission. Base pay depends on factors such as experience, education, location, and certifications. Your recruiter can provide specific details during the hiring process.

In this role, you'll work on-site at our partner locations, talking to prospective customers and booking appointments for free consultations with our experts. We provide paid training and proven marketing strategies to help you succeed. You will follow up with feedback and earn wages, bonuses, and commissions.

Requirements:
  1. Authorized to work in the United States

  4. Dedicated and dependable team player
  5. Available during weekdays and weekends
  6. Able to lift 50 pounds
  7. Valid driver’s license with a clean record
