Job summary

Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing brand representatives to engage homeowners at events, retail locations, and community venues across the New Jersey area. You will start conversations, share information on window and door solutions, and help schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.

Applicants should be comfortable talking to new people, reliable and self-motivated, with an interest in building sales, marketing, or customer engagement skills.

• Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
• Interested in gaining experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 lbs
• Personal reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license required
