Job description

We are pleased to offer you a position with Our Company Name, as a Appointment Setter, starting on {JOB START DATE} at NEXGEN Marketing Solutions LLC (the “Company”). This offer is contingent upon satisfactory completion of a background check, acceptable drug testing results, completion of an I-9 form, completion of onboarding activities, and achievement of performance expectations during a 90-day probationary period.

As a Appointment Setter, you are classified as an exempt employee from minimum wage, overtime, and other state wage and hour laws based on job classification with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to leads provided by the company.
  • Introduce prospective customers to Elysian’s services and schedule qualified appointments.
  • Record call details and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
  • Attend virtual check-ins and team trainings as scheduled.
Compensation:
  • Hourly Wage: $15.00/hour, paid weekly, with your 1 st paycheck coming on [First Pay Date] .
  • Bonus: $30 bonus for each qualified and completed appointment you schedule.
  • Performance Expectation: A minimum of 4 scheduled appointments per work week is required to remain in good standing within the position.
All paychecks are subject to federal, state, and local income taxes, Social Security income taxes, Medicare income taxes, and any state or local tax programs.

Pre-Employment Screening:

Our company prides itself on having professional individuals who conduct themselves in a way that represents our mission and vision. To ensure this, all employees will go through a pre-employment screening consisting of:

  • 4-Panel Drug Screening for Amphetamines, Cocaine, Opiates and Phencyclidine (PCP)
  • Criminal and Felony Background Screening
  • Insights Discovery Personality Assessment
These must be completed before starting your position; failure to complete them will delay your start date. The company can rescind the offer based on the drug screening and/or background check results.

After completing a 90-day probationary period, you will become eligible to participate in our benefits programs, including:

  • Medical Insurance (employer pays 50% of employee premium, 0% of spouse and/or dependent premium)
  • Dental Insurance (employer pays 50% of employee premium, 0% of spouse and/or dependent premium)
  • Life and Limited Disability Insurance (employer pays 100% of employee premium)
  • 401(k) (employee will be automatically enrolled at 3% employee contribution if they do not change before the 90th day of employment)
  • Six full-day paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day), three half-day paid holidays (Good Friday, Christmas Eve Day, and New Year's Eve Day).
  • Paid personal time (PTO)
The employee handbook and benefit orientation package will describe benefit programs in more detail. The terms of each specific plan govern this summary description.

You will accrue PTO monthly, accumulating no more than 9 days a year, and deposit it by the beginning of each month. After every year of employment, you will accrue one additional day, up to 21 days a year. Our PTO Time Off Policy governs the use of PTO.

Your employment with the Company will be on an at-will basis, meaning that you and the Company are free to terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason. Your employment is also subject to all company policies and procedures, which may change from time to time as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.
