What You’ll Do

• Schedule free estimates and service appointments for homeowners
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional homeowner service
• Coordinate schedules with sales, production, and service teams
• Confirm appointments and communicate important project details
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and data entry
• Help deliver a remarkable homeowner experience

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service, appointment scheduling, administrative, reception, or call center experience preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office environment
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
