R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Appointment Clerk at our Wheeling, IL Service Center. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday with various shifts, handling calls, data entry, scheduling deliveries, and aiding customers with pickups.

The position offers an hourly rate of $18.76 and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid vacation and holidays, and access to exclusive employee resorts.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
• Type 30 wpm with accuracy.
• Dependable and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system.
• Data entry and scheduling delivery appointments.
• Assist customers with pickups.
• Other duties may be requested by management.
