A healthcare organization is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to manage appointment scheduling for various services. This role requires 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of medical terminology. The successful candidate will work full-time, Monday to Friday, and contribute significantly to patient care coordination. Pay ranges from $17.65 to $19.30 per hour.

SUMMARY
Appointment Coordinators operate In a customer service orientated manner, coordinate and perform a variety of duties associated with appointment scheduling for patient visits to various RGHS services including RGH and NWH Outpatient Departments, Rochester General Medical Groups, Department of Medicine, Department of Surgery and Behavioral Health Network. Typically serves as the first point at which a patient is registered into the Rochester General Health System.
