Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED
Basic proficiency with computers (preferably MS Office)
Excellent telephone etiquette skills
General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
Level I: One (1) year of customer service experience
Level II: Two (2) years of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Call center experience
Experience in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment
Knowledge of basic medical terminology

Schedules, reschedules, coordinates, and cancels appointments
Inputs and/or updates accurate patient information
Communications accurate and complete information
Must maintain strict confidentiality
Performs other duties as assigned
This position is in a call center and remote work is not an option.
