Marksman Security is hiring for Unarmed PGR Retail Security Officers in Frisco, TX. Full-Time & Part-Time openings with shifts 1st/2nd/3rd. Starting pay: Guard $16.00/hour, Supervisor $18.00/hour. Start date: Tue, 10 Nov 2026.

Location: 2601 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034; secondary office nearby. Ideal candidates have security and customer service experience. We seek qualified individuals with a valid Level II Texas security license, a Texas driver’s license, and a strong work ethic.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Valid Texas Guard License.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of security experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• Ability to crawl, crouch, climb stairs, kneel, run, sit, stand, stoop, and walk for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of areas in the public right‑of‑way to identify safety and security risks.
• Engage with the public and respond to calls for service in the public right‑of‑way.
• Maintain a visible presence and engage in professional public interactions.
• Document all interactions in clear and concise written reports.
• Communicate pertinent information to team members, safety teams, and the client.
• Monitor and/or detect suspicious behavior to prevent vandalism, theft, and other crimes.
• Warn violators of infractions (loitering, smoking, prohibited items).
• Respond to distress, alarms, fires, injuries, or unauthorized individuals by contacting first responders.
• Identify and report safety concerns, breaches, and unusual circumstances promptly.
• Ensure all rules and regulations are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Ensure all rules and regulations are followed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
