Pay Rate Starting at: Level [$15.50]/ hr. Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority.

Tops Markets is accepting applications for current and future part-time openings. A brief description of each department is listed below. Tops has a history of promoting from within, and all full-time positions are posted internally first. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Front End – The final point of contact with our customers. As a cashier or cart clerk, your most important responsibility is to make a positive, friendly, and lasting impression on our customers.
• Bakery – Slice, price, package, and display baked goods. Ensure product is stocked, rotated, and stored properly.
• Pharmacy – Help provide health-related services. Retrieve medications, label containers, enter customer data, keep accurate records, and maintain security of controlled substances.
• Deli/Carryout Cafe – Fulfill customer requests for deli and prepared foods, slice deli meats/cheeses, prepare products, and ensure proper storage and display.
• General Merchandise – Stock shelves, create and maintain displays, and organize the backroom. Includes first aid, non-food items, and seasonal products.
• Grocery – Similar to General Merchandise, ensure shelves are stocked, and products are properly stored and displayed.
• Meat – Stock, store, and prepare meat products. Certified meat cutters or apprentices will ensure quality cuts and proper processing.
• Produce – Stock, store, and prepare produce. Fulfill customer orders for fruit or vegetable arrangements.
• Seafood – Stock, store, and prepare seafood. Fulfill customer requests and answer questions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers and associates.
