Pay Rate Starting at: $15.50/hr. Rates of pay are determined by previous experience and labor contract seniority.

Tops Markets is accepting applications for current and future part-time openings. A brief description of each department is listed below. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Front End: The final point of contact with customers. As a cashier or cart clerk, your main responsibility is to make a positive, friendly, and lasting impression.
• Bakery: Slice, price, package, and display baked goods. Ensure products are stocked, rotated, and stored properly.
• Pharmacy: Assist in providing health-related services. Retrieve medications, label containers, enter customer data, maintain records, and ensure security of controlled substances.
• Deli/Carryout Cafe: Fulfill customer requests for deli and prepared foods. Slice meats/cheeses, prepare products, and maintain proper storage and display.
• General Merchandise: Stock shelves, create and maintain displays, and organize the backroom. Includes first aid, non-food items, and seasonal products.
• Grocery: Stock shelves, create displays, and organize the backroom.
• Meat: Stock, store, rotate, weigh, label, and display meat products. Certified meat cutters or apprentices ensure quality cuts and processing.
• Produce: Stock, store, and rotate produce. Prepare and fulfill customer orders for fruit or vegetable arrangements.
• Seafood: Stock, store, and display seafood. Fulfill customer requests and answer questions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
