Job description

Zūm is calling for talent to join our team of passionate people, who are transforming student transportation. As a school bus driver at Zūm, you will play an essential role in our local communities by providing safe and reliable transportation for students, using a combination of industry-standard tools and Zūm's proprietary platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate vehicles safely, following regulations and company procedures
2. Conduct vehicle inspections and report mechanical issues
3. Maintain scheduled routes and timely performance
4. Manage student behavior and ensure passenger safety

Requirements:

1. Minimum age: 21 years
2. High school diploma or equivalent
3. Ability to work split shifts (AM/PM) daily
4. For certified drivers: Valid CDL with P and S endorsements + 3 years CDL experience
5. For non-certified drivers: Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
6. Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks
7. Willingness to obtain CDL - Training provided for Non-CDL
