Amazon Prime Video is seeking an Applied Scientist on the Linear Personalization Experience (LPEX) team to own the end-to-end ML lifecycle for content recommendations at scale. You will design, train, and deploy models to optimize viewer engagement with real-time personalization for millions of Prime Video customers.

Qualifikationen

• PhD or Master’s degree with 4+ years of CS/CE/ML experience.
• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python.
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel & distributed computing, HPC

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for content recommendation and real-time personalization at scale.
• Own the complete ML lifecycle from problem formulation to production deployment.
• Build and optimize recommendation systems with strict latency requirements.
• Design and execute A/B/multivariate experiments to measure impact and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with software engineers to productionize ML models and define data pipelines.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business problems into scientific solutions.
• Mentor scientists and engineers on the team, upholding scientific rigor and best practices.
