Qualifications

• Master's degree in CS, math, statistics or ML.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python.
• Experience with SQL and an RDBMS or data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Use large-scale computing resources to study customer behavior and build state-of-the-art models for shopping experience optimization.
• Develop AI solutions for recommendation systems using deep learning, LLMs, RL and optimization methods.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions end-to-end.
• Design and conduct offline and online experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on data analyses.
• Communicate technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders effectively.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in modeling techniques and publish findings in top venues.
