Qualifications

3+ years building ML models for business use.
PhD or Master’s plus 4+ years in CS/CE/ML.
Experience developing and implementing deep learning, esp. CV.
Proficiency in Java, C++, Python or similar.
Experience in professional software development.

Responsibilities

Develop and apply visual perception and representation learning across image/video.
Own large-scale model training, fine-tuning, and learning from data.
Tackle CV challenges at scale: unlabeled data, imbalance, variability.
Collaborate with product/program, ops, and eng to define CV objectives.
Design rigorous evaluation frameworks with precision/recall tradeoffs.
Build and maintain training/inference pipelines; deploy models to production.
Frame problems from first principles and select the right approach.
