Qualifications

• 3+ years building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s with 4+ years CS/CE/ML experience.
• Experience developing and implementing deep learning algorithms, particularly in CV.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience in professional software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply visual perception and representation learning across image and video domains.
• Own large-scale model training, fine-tuning, and learning from heterogeneous data.
• Tackle real-world CV challenges at scale: unlabeled data, class imbalance, variability.
• Partner with product/program, operations, and engineering stakeholders to define CV objectives.
• Design rigorous evaluation Frameworks with precision/recall tradeoffs and cost considerations.
• Build and maintain training and inference pipelines, deploy models to production.
• Frame problems from first principles and select the right approach for each task.
