Amazon AWS invites applications for a scientist role focused on building next‑generation AI models for intelligent automation in a dynamic, fast‑moving team. You will partner with technology and business teams, leverage vast data and scalable compute, and publish findings at peer‑reviewed venues.

We expect 3+ years of model-building experience and a PhD or MS with 4+ years in CS/CE/ML. Strong programming in Java/C++/Python and a track record in algorithms, HPC, and professional software

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
