Qualifications

• PhD in computer science, machine learning, or related field.
• Experience managing scientists or ML engineers with a track record of mentoring juniors.

Responsabilités

• Define the scientific vision and multi-year roadmap for the detection domain.
• Develop strong working relationships with enforcement, policy, and engineering partners.
• Lead a team building state-of-the-art detection models using AI and ML techniques.
• Set high standards for methodology, validation, reproducibility and interpretability.
• Drive production readiness including monitoring and on-call practices.
